This company has been started by the Research Associates who have the distinction of developing Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)and also being the first Asian team to compete at the AUVSI & ONR's International Competition sponsored by U. S.Navy in 2005 held at SPAWAR Centre, San diego U.S.A.

Since 2006, company started imparting education in field of Robotics and Embedded systems in form of Workshops and Industrial training Programs and also started carring out advance research in the field of Aerial, Terrestrial and Underwater autonomous and remotely operated Robots.
